Participated as a one of the finalist in the 10th Yuva Sangeet Nritya Mahotsava, the youth festival of classical music and dance organised by the South Central Zone Cultural Centre, Nagpur. Programmes were held at Ujjain and at Khajuraho — two of India's great classical sites, where the temple sculpture itself is a record of the dance.
Performing at culturally significant places such as Ujjain and Khajuraho, while also watching and learning from the performances of talented young artists from across the country, made the experience especially memorable and inspiring.
To dance at Khajuraho is to dance among one's ancestors carved in stone.
